  1. What are the costs?
    $2.99 per month.
  2. How do I pay for each month?
    We auto bill your debit/credit card each month, so there is no need to re enter or have to purchase the service again each month. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  3. How do I buy the service?
    You must purchase this service on this website, you cannot call and place an order. Click on the BUY NOW button and proceed to the check out page. Enter the information requested and confirm purchase. You will be emailed instructions to give to the inmate.
  4. How long does it take to for the text messages to be sent and received?
    We process each text message within 5 minutes of receiving on either end. Everything still goes thru Corrlinks, and they take on average 1-1.5 hours to process messages which we have no control over.
  5. Are there any refunds?
    Yes. Only if you cancel within 3 days of initial purchase and we will give you a full refund.
  6. How do I cancel this service?
    Email us at info@turbotext.net and simply say I would like to cancel my service. Include your name, the inmate name and register number. We will process the request within 24 hours.
  7. Can I sent picture or videos thru this service?
    No. Text messages only.
  8. Does this service cost the inmate anything?
    No.
  9. What inmates do we provide text services for?
    Federal inmates only.
  10. Will I get a text number assigned to me?
    Yes. You will be given a dedicated text number for the inmate. This is the number you use to text the inmate. When the inmate text you, this same number will show as his number he is texting from.
  11. Can I call this text number?
    No. This number is only set up for text messaging.
  12. Is there any contract for the service?
    No. We bill on a month to month basis and you can cancel at any time. Service is subject to change with 30 day notice to account holder.
